One may ask what is a strategy? A strategy is a series of maneuvers and steps that are undertaken to achieve a specific goal.
It is very crucial for you not to only have a series of steps in achieving a particular goal, but to master the steps fully. If you know where you are going and how to get there, you do not become stranded in the middle of the road. You are able to prepare adequately, chart your course, get the essential resources needed and psyche yourself for the distance before you set off.
If you want to become a good leader, you must accept the reality that no great achievement involves just one step. Simpletons are averse to strategies. All they want is something to be done for them. If they do not accept the responsibility, they do not want anything that involves more than one step.
